Foundation Training Workshops with Laura Burkhardt

Foundation Training teaches simple yet challenging postures that promote a unique combination of strength and flexibility.

Through a series of body-weight exercises, you'll learn to activate your posterior chain of muscles, anchor the hips, and decompress the spine. Foundation Training also promotes better posture, pain reduction, powerful breathing, and improved athletic performance.

(More advanced classes are available on other days and times.)
